How to register a .com.bd domain

A generic extension like .com, .net, or .xyz is open to anyone, anywhere, and registers in seconds. .com.bd is Bangladesh's local country-code extension, which means the registry checks a few things about who's registering it before the domain goes live — it isn't guaranteed to activate instantly the way a .com does.
